Chesnok Red|Music Garlic|New in 2019
Chesnok Red is one of the most popular variety that i have to sell it is yet another one of the garlics from the Republic of Georgia in the former USSR. Chesnok is a standard Purple Stripe and has the typical heavy purple striping that gives this variety its name. They have about as much purple as Rocamboles but the background color of the bulb wrappers is much more whitish, making for a very attractive appearance. Chesnok Red can become a rather large garlic with excellent growing conditions.

German white is a great hardneck storage garlic! German White is a large hardneck, porcelain type garlic bulb that contains 4-5 large, easy-to-peel cloves. The white skin has delicate purple stripes. One of the best in taste without all the heat. This garlic does well in any climate! Approximately 4-5 cloves per bulb.
The largest “garlic” you can get! Elephant garlic looks like garlic and tastes like a mild hardneck type, but it is actually a type of leek. Large, 1 1/2″ cloves have great taste, mild garlic-like flavor; bulbs can easily weigh a pound or more! Very easy peeling and keeps very well. Each bulb averages 3-5 cloves. In 2019 two new varieties will be added Persian Star and Oregon Blue Garlic. The Persian Star is a hardneck garlic and Oregon Blue Garlic is a softneck garlic .
Persian Star is a perhaps the most beautiful of the standard group of Purple Stripes with its thick white bulb wrappers that are streaked with purple as you peel away the outer wrappers. When the wrappers are all peeled away the clove covers with their distinctive long sharp points resemble an eight point star, hence their name.They apparently originated in Uzbekistan, one of those central Asian Islamic republics that were once part of the USSR. They are a full flavored garlic with only a small bite to them and are more mellow than hot as are most other standard Purple Stripes.
Oregon Blue- Origin Unknown Northwest Heirloom- Harvest Mid-Season- Variety Softneck Artichoke- It has nice spicy hot flavor, a vigorous plant with deep blue leaves, good storage variety. This variety has 10-15 cloves per bulb.
